The WAXY MANUAL wax injector is specifically designed for wax injection into rubber molds using the lost-wax casting method. This compact and efficient device features an inner tank and is equipped with a handle pump for air inlet and a pressure control manometer, which can be set from 0 to 2.5 Bar and is located on the cover for easy access.
The machine is user-friendly, as it comes with an easily screw plug that includes a breather valve. Additionally, it is equipped with a general switch, a pressure control manometer, and a digital temperature regulator, offering a temperature range from 0 to 100°C with sensitivity ranging from 0.1°C to 1°C.
The wax injector feature an insulated inside tank, ensuring optimal temperature control during the wax injection process. Furthermore, it comes with three interchangeable nozzles with spheric, parallel, and conical shapes, enhancing versatility and precision in the wax injection process.
